The Cosmic Circus of Enlightened Absurdity
Beneath the big top of infinite skies,
Acrobats dance on threads of light unseen,
Their bodies tracing koans as they fly,
Defying gravity and what we deem.
Clowns with painted smiles of ancient sages,
Juggle orbs of pure awareness, aglow,
Their laughter echoes through celestial stages,
As wisdom tumbles in their cosmic show.
Elephants, gray as dawn, float serene,
Above raked patterns in Zen gardens’ sand,
Their trunks sketch sutras on the astral screen,
While lotus flowers bloom from their grand stand.
In this circus of the absurd sublime,
Enlightenment plays hide and seek with time.
Wonder waltzes with the nonsensical,
And being’s riddles become whimsical.
For in this ring where logic bends and twirls,
Where joy and insight spin in giddy whirls,
We glimpse the truth behind reality’s curtain:
Existence is a jest, profound yet uncertain.
So step right up, behold the grand parade,
Where consciousness itself becomes the acrobat,
In this enchanted show, all questions fade,
And wisdom wears a red-nosed habitat.
For in this circus of ethereal delight,
The soul learns to juggle dark and light,
And in the laughter of these mystic clowns,
We find the key to wear our sorrows as crowns.
