The Contradiction Dance
To be still, one must move;
To forget, one must remember:
The elephant flies beneath your feet,
A whimsical, wondrous December.
In shadows, the sunlight plays,
A soft whisper shouts out loud.
The quietest voice in the fray,
Is the most boisterous in the crowd.
I chase my dreams while I sleep,
Awake in the depths of the night,
In the chaos, I find my peace,
In darkness, I’m glowing bright.
The ladder of success is steep,
Yet I climb with my feet in the air,
With every fall, I take a leap,
For failure is simply a dare.
I’m a king in a jester’s hat,
A wise fool with a heart of gold,
In a world that’s flat and round,
I dance with stories yet untold.
To embrace is to let go,
To win, you must sometimes lose,
In the garden of paradox,
Each thorn, a flower’s muse.
So let’s twirl in this dance of delight,
Where contradictions hold hands tight,
For in every twist and every prance,
Life’s a curious, chaotic dance!
