The Black Hole
In the void of space, there lies a thing,
A force of nature, a black hole to bring,
Its gravity is vast, its pull immense,
A monster consuming all in its presence.
It sucks in light, it swallows stars,
The blackness grows, devouring all that’s ours,
A cosmic sinkhole, a chasm of despair,
A dark abyss, a void that doesn’t care.
But it’s not just stars that it devours,
It’s hopes and dreams, and even ours,
Emotions get trapped, in its inescapable grip,
Consuming our souls, leaving nothing but a crypt.
The black hole of our mind, it can be the same,
A force that drags us, a force to blame,
It devours our joy, it swallows our light,
Leaving us lost, alone in the night.
So, beware the black hole, be wary of its might,
Be vigilant, lest it takes all you hold tight,
For it is a monster, an endless abyss,
A darkness that consumes us, both physically and emotionally.
