The Abduction
It was another clear night. The stars were out, and the moon was full. I was lying in bed, trying to sleep, when I heard a noise outside. I got up to investigate and saw a bright light in my backyard.
I froze. I knew what this was. It was an alien spaceship. I had seen the movies. I knew what they did to people who were abducted by aliens. I was petrified with fear.
The spaceship landed and two aliens emerged. They were both taller than me and had green skin. They were wearing silver uniforms and had large black eyes.
Instinctively, I ran. I was sprinting towards my house when I felt a sharp pain in my back. I fell to the ground. I felt paralyzed. I couldn’t move.
The aliens approached me. They looked down at me with what I could only assume was pity. Then they picked me up and carried me inside their spaceship.
I was terrified. I didn’t know what was going to happen to me. Would I be experimented on? Would I be tortured?
The aliens placed me on a table. I tried to struggle, but I couldn’t move. I was completely helpless.
One of the aliens injected me with a needle. I felt a burning sensation in my arm. Then I started to feel sleepy.
I tried to fight it, but I couldn’t. I drifted off into a deep sleep.
When I woke up, I was lying in my bed. I was confused. Had I dreamt the whole thing?
I got out of bed and walked to my backyard. There was no sign of the spaceship. No sign of the aliens. Nothing.
I was relieved. Maybe it was all just a dream.
But then I noticed something strange. There was a pain in my arm. I pulled up my sleeve and saw a small needle mark.
That’s when I realized it wasn’t a dream. It was real. The aliens were real. And they had abducted me.
