Seeking Serenity

In the midst of chaos, where noise fills the air,
A mind seeks serenity, a moment of repair.
Anxiety screams loud, its voice so harsh,
In the storm of worry, where fears clash.

A wave of emotions, a restless tide,
The surge of anxiety is hard to subside.
Restlessness haunts, a constant ache,
Disturbing the mind, in turmoil, awake.

The calm’s gentle breeze is but a rare gift,
Lost in the wind of anxiety’s swift.
The world becomes hectic, peace slips away,
As anxiety’s hold grows stronger, day after day.

But within the chaos, a breath remains,
A breath of serenity, a pause that sustains.
A gentle breath, where calm can flow,
Soothing anxiety with its soft blow.

For in the midst of chaos, a practice we find,
That breathing can help the mind can unwind.
From the loudest noise, serenity can rise,
Calming the mind to seek clearer skies.

So, hold on to calm, like a friend to embrace,
In the midst of chaos, let serenity grace.
For even in noise, a silence persists,
To guide us through storms, to quieter bliss.

In the midst of chaos, though stress may stay,
Within the mindful moments, there’s room for all,
To heal and to grow, to find balance anew,
Seeking serenity, finding peace in you.
