Ripples in Twilight

Fireflies take flight,
lanterns in the evening sky,
twilight’s gentle pulse.

Crickets serenade,
a symphony in the dark,
night’s lullaby hums.

Moonlight on still ponds,
silver brushstrokes on black glass,
reflection of dreams.

Whispers in the pines,
ancient tales on the night breeze,
nature’s library.

Stars blink in silence,
astral whispers overhead,
cosmic poetry.

Dawn’s first light unveils,
horizon’s quiet promise,
a new day unfurls.
