Not All Scars Can Be Seen

Not all scars can be seen, my friend,
For some wounds run deep, where darkness descends,
They hide beneath smiles, behind eyes so bright,
Unseen battles fought, in the depths of the night.

These scars may not show on the surface skin,
But they linger within, where pain has been,
They whisper their stories, etched on the soul,
A testament to strength, making us whole.

Some scars are born from words, harsh and unkind,
Etched in our hearts, leaving scars undefined,
They linger in memories, haunting our days,
Aching reminders of hurtful displays.

Others scars are woven from loss and grief,
An emptiness felt, beyond relief,
They reside in the heart, where love once dwelled,
Leaving us changed, forever compelled.

Not all scars can be seen with a naked eye,
But they shape who we are, as time passes by,
They teach us resilience, compassion, and grace,
They remind us that healing takes its own pace.

So let us be kind, to those we encounter,
For behind the smiles, there may be a scar’s whisper,
Let us offer solace, a gentle embrace,
To those whose scars are hidden in secret space.

For not all scars can be seen, my dear,
But they exist, and their presence is clear,
Let us remember, in our actions and speech,
That kindness can heal, where scars silently reach.

And let us embrace our own hidden scars,
With self-compassion, like healing stars,
For in acknowledging the wounds we bear,
We find strength and beauty, beyond compare.

Not all scars can be seen, but they hold a story,
Of resilience, courage, and untold glory,
So let us honor them, and the strength they bring,
For not all scars can be seen, but they make us sing.
