Forgotten Paths
Worn trails in the forest deep,
Where sunlight struggles to peep,
Memories in the silence sleep,
As shadows dance and spirits creep.
Leaves fall where secrets sleep,
Beneath the moss, stories weep,
Forgotten dreams, their vigil keep,
In whispers soft, and shadows deep.
Whispers of time, promises keep,
Of lovers lost, and secrets steep,
The forest sighs, a lullaby deep,
On forgotten paths, where memories sleep.
