Divine Bounty in Barren Times

The Goddess, in her infinite wisdom,
Sees our struggles, hears our pleas,
Her hands, tender and strong, reach out
Offering solace, strength, and sustenance
When mortal means have failed us.

In drought, she sends gentle rains,
Quenching parched earth and thirsty souls,
Her tears of compassion nourish crops,
Filling granaries and empty bellies,
A green blessing amid brown despair.

When winter’s grip seems endless,
She kindles the fires of Imbolc,
Awakening dormant seeds of hope,
Her breath melts ice-bound hearts,
Promising spring’s inevitable return.

In times of war and strife,
She whispers peace to weary ears,
Plants seeds of understanding,
Her love a balm for wounded spirits,
Mending rifts between divided kin.

When illness ravages the land,
She plucks healing herbs from sacred groves,
Infusing them with her divine essence,
Her touch a cooling salve on fevered brows,
Restoring balance to afflicted bodies.

In moments of crippling doubt,
She sends signs upon the wind,
Feathers, stones, and animal guides,
Her wisdom encoded in nature’s script,
Illuminating paths through darkness.

When grief threatens to consume,
She cradles mourners in her arms,
Rocking gently as a mother would,
Her presence a comforting shroud,
Easing the transition of departed souls.

In times of creative drought,
She pours inspiration like honeyed mead,
Stirring the cauldron of imagination,
Her muse-touch igniting forgotten passions,
Birthing art from the ashes of apathy.

When loneliness casts long shadows,
She weaves threads of connection,
Drawing kindred spirits together,
Her love manifested in unexpected friendships,
Reminding us we’re never truly alone.

The Goddess gives not just in abundance,
But in lean times when need is greatest,
Her gifts often subtle, always profound,
Reminding us of the sacred in the mundane,
And the strength that lies within our souls.
