Anchors Aweigh

Sailors take heed, as the anchor’s raised,

Off to the seas, with the wind’s embrace.

With hearts full of pride and heads held high,

The Navy sets sail, to the endless sky.

Through storm and calm, through night and day,

The Navy stands strong, in every way.

With courage and honor, they never falter,

Defending freedom, as the ship’s rudder.

The sound of the horn and the seagull’s cry,

Echo through the waves, as the ship glides by.

With duty and sacrifice, as their call,

The Navy serves proudly, for one and all.

So, here’s to the men and women in blue,

Who keep our nation safe and see it through.

Anchors aweigh, as the ship departs,

The Navy’s legacy, forever in our hearts.
